Ready-to-use powder, suitable for making bavarois, panna cotta, puddings and mousses. It is an essential ingredient for preparing fruit jellies and marshmallows. It is an excellent alternative to gelatin sheets and isinglass: its powder consistency allows for enhanced precision in dosage. Replace the suggested dose of gelatin sheets or isinglass with the same amount of gelatin powder, adding it directly into sweet preparations. It dissolves from a minimum temperature of about 30° c.
