Trick or treat? Do not be caught unprepared for Halloween night? Here are some themed cookies to give to anyone who will knock on your door.
Melt the Dark Chocolate Powder in warm milk and allow it to cool down. Mix the butter and Sugar, add the milk and chocolate mixture and finally the sifted flour. Wrap the dough with film and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Roll the dough with the Rolling Pin, create the shapes with the Cookie Cutters and put them in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes.
Decorate with colored Royal Icing.
Let’s make also some shortbread letters to decorate with the Royal Icing, Iridiscent Dust and Sugar Decorations.
