Mix together the butter, the sugar and the eggs and blend it well. Sift the flour and join it to the previous mixture together with the Bergamot Flavour. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about an hour. Roll it out with a rolling pin until a thickness of 0.5 cm. Use the Decora larger guides to achieve cookies of equal thickness. Use our masks to make several shapes and bake them for 10-12 minutes at 175° C. Let them cool. In the meantime, make with the same cutters some shapes from the colored sugar paste and apply them on the cookies. Have fun customizing your cookies drawing on sugar paste with food-safe markers or with some coloring gel.
