The chocolate and raspberry cake is a tasty and refined dessert. Find out how to decorate it following the trend of the moment and amaze your friends.
Sift in a bowl the flour, the baking powder and the Dark Chocolate Powder. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk in a bowl the egg yolks with the oil and the water. Then mix the egg mixture with the flour and work the dough with a whisk. Beat the egg whites with the Cream of Tartar and blend slowly to the mixture with a movement from the top to the bottom. Pour the mixture into the pan previously greased with the Non-Stick Spray. Bake at 160°C for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Prepare the cream working in a bowl the mascarpone cheese with the White Chocolate Cream, few drops of Raspberry Flavor and the butter at room temperature. Add then the fresh raspberries. Let it cool down. Fill the cake with the white chocolate cream using a Piping Bag and cover roughly also the outer surface of the cake.
