Whip the egg whites at medium speed and as soon as the mixture starts to be foamy, gradually add the granulated sugar and then gently add the Decora Sugar. Mix with a Spatula. Cover the Baking Pan with Parchment Paper, pour the mixture into the Piping Bag and create the meringues. Bake them slowly in
the oven at 80°C for about 3-4 hours.
