Turn on the oven at 180° C. In a large bowl mix the sifted flour and yeast, the sugar and the cocoa. Finally add a pinch of salt, milk, pandoro aroma, mou butter and egg. Stir with a whisk until creamy and homogeneous. Finally add the dark chocolate powder.
Butter and flour the pandoro molds.
Fill half of the mold with the dough. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Let them cool and when they will be very cold decorate with icing sugar and fresh fruit.
