Mix the sifted flour with the sugar and the cool butter, previously cut into small dice.
Add the eggs, the milk so to obtain a uniform mixture.
Add the dried fruits.
Work the dough well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes covered with the film.
Roll out the dough and make the shapes with the Star Cutter; brush the surface with almond milk and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with jam and soft butter.
