Quick and easy to make decorations directly on cakes and pastries. With a simple movement of the pastry bag you can create beautiful 3D roses and tulips.
Mount the butter in the planetary at medium speed, until you’ll get a creamy consistency. Add the water and the fondant sugar and continue to mix. Finally add the aroma choosing from one of the wide range of Decora fragrances. The butter cream is particularly recommended for this type of decoration or, if you prefer, use the royal icing according to the instructions indicated on the box, preparing the average consistency. Roll out a layer of plastic wrap on the silicone mat and make some stripes with fuchsia gel.
With the help of a spatula stretch a layer of butter cream leveling the surface well.
Color with fuchsia coloring gel some butter cream and pour it into the pastry bag; using the round nozzle No. 12, make a colored band at the center.
Gently wrap the transparent film in order to make a compact roll and cut out one extremity only with scissors. Place the direct flowers nozzle in the pastry bag and get the roll into the pastry bag.
Holding the bag at 90°, slightly raised to the flat surface, make a slight pressure squeezing out the cream; stop pressure and pull the tip away.
