Use a disc of polystyrene of Ø 25 x 7,5 cm and cover it with the green sugar paste. Proceed stretching the black sugar paste, not too thin and with the wheel tool create a zig-zag pattern in order to realize his hair.
Model with your hands two spheres of the desired size, to obtain the form of two ears. With the help of two toothpicks, put the forms laterally on the green sugar paste.
Stretch a bit of white, green and black sugar paste and with the help of a smooth round cutter make circles of various sizes. Brush the white circle with some edible glue and overlay the smaller green circle: always using the edible glue, proceed applying the smaller black circle. Shape two small balls with the white sugar paste and apply it on the black circle. Model with your hands the green sugar paste forming two small curves. Apply the cord obtained over the eyes thus to achieve the eyebrows.
Draw the chin and smile by using the tool smile. Form a small square shape with the white sugar paste and apply it on the tip of the mouth. Define the details making such us a scar with the black sugar paste.
Use a circle of polystyrene of Ø 10 x 7.5 cm. Roll out the black sugar paste and then model it in a spherical shape that you will apply on the form of polystyrene previously brushed with a little bit of water. Proceed spreading some white and black sugar paste. With the smooth round cutter, two white circles and two black smaller circles. Brush the white circle with a little of edible glue and overlay the smaller black circle. Make two small circles with the white sugar paste and two little balls with the black sugar paste so as to form the eyes.
Stretch out the white sugar paste with a rolling pin and shape some strips with the wheel tool. Apply them unevenly on the polystyrene, using some water as a glue.
