For your Christmas celebration, the macarons tree is a fantastic idea. Try it too!
Whisk 250 g of macaron powdered mix with 50/60 g of water for 7/10 minutes with the electric mixer at medium speed until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and fill the inner circle of the macarons Silicone Mat. Let the mixture rest for about two hours until it will be extended to the outer circles. Bake in a ventilated oven at 135°C or in a static oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Let cool and fill your macarons with some spreadable cream according to your taste. If you want realize this beautiful macarons tree we suggest you to use the polystyrene cone, covered with some colored sugar paste, gluing the little treats with royal icing. Decorate some of these trees with a small leaf of edible gold and the others with the metallic sprays.
