Whip the yolks with half of the sugar; add the Concentrated Flavoring Paste and the sieved flour. Beat egg whites until stiff with the rest of the sugar, add Cream of Tartar and mix well with the other mixture. Bake it in the oven at 175°C for about 40 minutes. Mix the Fondant Sugar with the water and pour it on the cake. Complete the decoration with fresh fruits.
