The red velvet cake, the classic red velvet of American origin. A spectacular cake decorated with fresh fruit.
Whip the butter at room temperature with half of the sugar until obtaining a white foamy cream. Add the rest of the sugar, the eggs, the Flavor, the salt, the Coloring and mix well. Add the buttermilk alternating with the sieved flour and whip at low speed to obtain a homogenous mixture. In a small bowl add the baking soda and vinegar, mix quickly and add it to the dough. Pour the mixture into the ø 20×7,5 h cm Baking Pan, previously coated with the Non-Stick Spray and bake it in the oven at 170°C
for about 30 minutes. Fill with whipped cream and decorate with fresh fruits.
