Some sugar paste, a little bit of royal icing and a lot of imagination for making Santa Claus cupcakes for a cheerful and fun Christmas Table.
Whip 250 g of product with 25 g of water and 4 eggs, using an electric mixer at high speed. Mix for about 7-10 minutes, just until the mixture is white and fluffy. If you want, flavor the mixture with a flavor of your choice. A package of 250 g is enough to make 24 Muffin. Bake them at 180° C for about 15 minutes in the muffin pan, previously buttered and floured, or in oven safe baking cups. Once cooked, take out of the oven and let it cool.
