A delicious chocolate and almond dessert, typical of Campania tradition.
Melt the chocolate and let it cool. Mount the egg yolks with the sugar, add the chocolate and the melted butter. Chop the almonds and add them to the mixture. Mount the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Let them cool. Place the stencil on the desired dish and sprinkle some powdered sugar or fondant icing. Finish the decoration with almonds.
