Dried fruit, spices and so much sweetness! A delicious cake, easy to prepare.
The day before, cover the dried fruit (except the almonds and walnuts) in sweet wine and leave to soak. The next day, roughly grind them up in a mixer and put them aside. Cut up the walnuts and almonds with a knife. Cream the butter with the sugar until it reaches a soft, creamy consistency; add the eggs a little at a time, alternating with the flour, baking powder and spices. Finally, add the dried fruit, nuts, lemon and orange rind, Concentrated Creams and salt. Put in the oven at 160° C for about 90 minutes. Take it out and leave to cool.
