As in the most magical and enchanting Christmas, here is a snowdrift cake, a Winter Cake decorated with a soft whipped cream. The result will be a delightful scenic landscape, which perfectly fits the Christmas atmosphere.
Whip the butter with the Extra-fine Powdered Sugar until obtaining a soft and foamy mixture. Add the egg yolks and slowly add the Chocolate melted in the warm milk; mix well and add the flour, the sieved baking powder and Cream of Tartar. Whip separately the egg whites with the sugar and carefully add them to the mixture together with the Flavor. Pour the mixture in the ø 26 cm Springform Pan and bake it in the oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Fill with the whipped cream. Complete the decoration by making trees with the colored Royal Icing and sprinkle with the Moisture Resistant Powdered Sugar.
