Christmas decorations with sugar paste can be perfect for your Christmas cakes… This stars, can become beautiful decorations for your delights.
Whip the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a soft and foamy mixture; add the melted Chocolate and butter and mix thoroughly. Add the yogurt, the Flavor and the sieved flour with the baking powder. Pour the mixture in the ø 26 cm Springform Pan, previously coated with the Non-Stick Spray and place it in the oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes. Let it cool down and sprinkle it with the Powdered Sugar. Cover the cake with the Sugar Paste and using the Star Cutter make the decorations. Complete with the Sugar Star and Mini Sugar Pearls.
