For Halloween there is nothing better than a sweet witch cake for your children. Find how!
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the flour and the whipped egg whites. Work the mixture with a spatula, mixing from the bottom to the top to obtain a soft cake. Fill 8 Hemisphere Molds and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Wet the cake with Lemon Non-Alcoholic Syrup using a Syrup Bottle. It will help you to uniform the syrup above the cake.
Fill the cake with the Lemon Flavoured Spread, using the Nozzle nr. 230 and a Piping Bag.
Stretch out the colored sugar paste and coat the surface of the witch removing the excess dough with a wheel. Using the Decortwist and the ring number 19, make the hair and the facial details and apply them using gentle pressure. To achieve the hat, stretch out the black sugar paste and with the smooth circle cutter, cut out a circular shape. Model with your hands a sugar paste cone and with some edible glue, apply it to the center of the shape previously obtained. Use your imagination to create different combinations!
