Whip the fresh cream with the sugar, add the egg and mix it well. Pour the milk, a pinch of salt and the vanilla flavor and keep stirring. The mixture will be quite liquid! Add the sifted flour and the baking powder and stir it well for few minutes until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Pour the mixture into the heart baking pan previously greased and floured. Fill it with many pieces of strawberry, finely chopped. Bake it in a static oven for about 10 minutes at 180° C and then for another 45 minutes at 160 ° C. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Decorate the surface with some chopped strawberries and many sugar hearts. It’s a very soft cake and your mother will surely enjoy it!
