A Total Black cake! A very simple idea to decorate a trendy cake!
In the microwave, melt the chocolate with the butter and put it aside. Whip the eggs with the sugar, add the chopped almonds, the flour and the sifted yeast and join it to the chocolate and butter mixture. Pour the mixture into the mold ø 26 x h 5 cm and bake at 160°C for about 45 minutes. Allow it to cool down taking out of the oven. Boil the fresh cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the Chocolate and mix with the whip until it melts completely. Stuff and cover the cake leveling the outer surface. Refine it with ears of cookies and Sugar Paste and the Chocolate “mustache” covered with Glittered Sugar.
