A vanilla and white chocolate cake, personalized with colored layers.
With the food mixer, blend the sugar with the eggs until the mixture is white and fluffy. Slowly add the flour and salt, working the dough gently. Combine the melted butter and Vanilla Flavor.
Divide the dough into four equal portions and in each one add few drops of Fuchsia coloring Gel, moderately in order to get different shades of pink.
Pour the mixtures obtained, in 4 round molds ø 24x5h, previously sprinkled with the non-stick spray and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, and place them one on the other, alternating with layers of Spreadable Cream White Chocolate. Also use the cream to coat the cake and cover with sugar pearls.
