Unicorn cake, a unique dessert, three layers of soft chocolate sponge cake, with hazelnut cream and a truly amazing decoration.
Whip the butter at room temperature, add the melted chocolate and mix well. Add the egg yolks, the sugar, the sieved flour and the yeast. Finally add the egg whites to obtain a stiff mixture. Pour it into a previously greased mold with the Non-Stick Spray. Bake at 190°C; after ten minutes, lower the temperature at 170°C and bake for another 40 minutes. Let it cool down and fill with the Spreadable Cream. Level evenly the outer surface of the cake with the Royal Icing and make the decorations using the 1M Nozzle. Decorate it with Sugar Paste horn, ears and eyes.
