Start by preparing the meringue. Whip the egg whites at medium speed and as soon as the mixture starts to be foamy, gradually add the granulated sugar. Gently mix the Extra Fine Sugar and the Flavor by mixing them with the Spatula. Cover the Baking Tin with Parchment Paper, pour the mixture into the Piping Bag and make meringues bones.
Bake slowly in a hot oven at 80° C for about 3-4 hours.
