Terms of Sale

1. Conditions of sale

1. These general conditions regulate the purchase of products through the site Decora.it, owned by Karma Srl, with headquarters in Via S. Brun, 8 – 84131 Salerno (Italy), tel. +39 089 33 71 10.
2. Purchases are subject to Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03).
3. Shipping is available to the following countries:
   • Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.
4. For companies that require an invoice, the following is required: VAT number and complete the required fields.

2. Acceptance of the conditions of sale

1. The conditions set out here are an integral part of the contract.
2. The contract is concluded upon the customer's access to the site Decora.it and the conclusion of the purchase procedure.
3. Sending the order implies full acceptance of these conditions.
4. The competent court, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, is that of the consumer if resident in Italy.

3. Prices and purchase methods

1. All prices of sale indicated on the site decora.it I am in euro and inclusive of IVA.
2. For EU and non-EU customers with VAT number, prices are netti.
3. Le shipping charges are not included in the prices and will be indicated before confirmation.
4. The purchase is concluded online with express consent. The purchase contract is finalized through the exact completion and consent to the purchase expressed through the online acceptance.

4. Delivery

1. Delivery is made via courier to the address provided by the customer.
2. The risk of damage and loss of goods it passes to the customer only upon physical receipt of the goods.
3. The only exception, established by art. 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, is the case in which the carrier has been chosen by the consumer other than those proposed by Karma Srl: in this case, the risk is transferred to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
4. If the courier is chosen by the customer (not by Karma srl), the risk passes upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Responsibility

1. Karma srl is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure.
2. It is not responsible for the fraudulent use of payment instruments by third parties, as it does not have access to payment data.

6. Buyer's obligations

1. It is forbidden to enter false data in the registration.
2. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, especially for the issuance of tax documents. The customer indemnifies Karma Srl from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the customer, as the customer is solely responsible for their correct entry.

7. Right of withdrawal

1. The customer can withdraw within 14 days from delivery, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
2. Le return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
3. In non-EU countries, customs charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure:

1. Send communication to info@decora.it or via certified email/telephone.
2. Ship the product within 14 days of notification.
3. Please insure your shipment and send it to:
   Karma Srl Via Stefano Brun, 8 – 84131 Salerno
4. The refund will be made within 14 days.

5. The right of withdrawal is excluding in case of:
   • lack of original packaging
   • damaged product
   • opening of seals
   • improper use

8. Legal guarantee

1. All products are covered by 2-year legal guarantee for defects of conformity present upon delivery.
2. The defect must be reported within 2 months since discovery.
