Guarantee of Conformity
All products marketed enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code which covers any lack of conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and which occur within 2 years of delivery.
Any defects or damages caused by accidental events or by the Customer's liability for use of the products that do not comply with the intended use or effect of normal wear are excluded from defects of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity within two months of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture with communication addressed to the Karma srl ​​headquarters, indicating accurately the defects and defects found.
The Customer can ask the seller, at his choice, to repair the good or replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. The Customer can request, at his choice, an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract where: repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive; the seller has not repaired or replaced the goods within the appropriate term as provided for by paragraph 5 of art. 130 of the Consumer Code; the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused considerable inconvenience to the consumer.
