How to use:

  • To make fragrant meringues and pavlova: Whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water for about 10 minutes until a firm and firm mixture is obtained.   • Perfect for covering and decoraSweet kings: whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water until the desired consistency is obtained. You will be able to achieve decorations with a solid structure but soft on the palate.
  • Ideal for stabilizing butter cream: use your usual recipe and add 30 g of mix for 500 g of butter. You will get a perfect butter cream!
