Step 1

Whip the butter with the sugar, add the slightly beaten eggs, the flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa. Mix well and add the milk with the coffee concentrate. Pour the mixture into the cups and bake at 180 ° C for 10/12 minutes.

Step 2

Decora to taste your tasty sweets: coat the cupcakes with green icing. To obtain a small sapling, coat a strawberry to obtain one decorapointed tip.

Work the flour, icing sugar and cold butter cut into pieces in a bowl until you obtain a sandy mixture. Add the egg and a pinch of salt. Work the dough quickly with your hands until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for about an hour. Take the dough and roll it out into a thin sheet of about 3 mm. In the meantime, heat the milk with a few drops of natural vanilla extract. Leave it on the heat until it comes to the boil, then add it to the sugar and egg mixture, pouring slowly and continuing to mix with the whisk. Transfer the cream back to the heat and stir continuously until the cream has thickened. When the cream is ready, pour it into a baking dish, cover with cling film and leave to cool. Transfer the custard into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Fill the tartlet shells with the custard, making tufts, as in the image. Close the tartlets with the pastry discs.
