Step 1

Wash the blueberries and set them aside. In a bowl, pour all the liquid ingredients: milk and eggs at room temperature, the blueberry flavor and the butter melted in a double boiler and left to cool. In another bowl combine the dry ingredients: the sifted flour with the baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour bowl and work the dough with an electric mixer. Pour the dough into the cups with the help of the pastry bag. Add a few blueberries to the top. Bake in a static oven for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.

Step 2

Let the cupcakes cool and in the meantime prepare the frosting. Whip the cold cream in a bowl with an electric mixer. Separately, mix the sugar with the cream cheese. Combine the two compounds by blending with electric whisk. Transfer the frosting to a pastry bag with the star-shaped croissant. Garnish the cupcakes with the cheese frosting. Sprinkle some extra fine glitter sugar on the surface, add the sugar beads and finally garnish the cupcakes with the decorations in Galaxy sugar.
