#Pumpkinsdisugar
an original alternative to chocolate

Step 1

Pour the dye into the water, add the sugar and mix everything well with your hands to obtain a moist consistency, similar to sand. Fill the cavities of the half-sphere mold by applying strong pressure so that the sugar adheres perfectly to the walls. Remove the excesses with the spatula and turn the mold upside down on a surface. Form the base of the sphere immediately by cutting the lower part with the spatula. From this moment it will no longer be possible to move the shapes until they are completely dried. Cut one of the two spheres in the center in order to eliminate the "camber" and cover the cut front with silver paper; in this way the internal part will remain soft, so that it can be easily excavated later. Leave to dry for about 6 hours. Now dig the two halves of the sphere with a spoon until you get a window in the perforated half. Join the two halves with royal icing and refine the details using the DecoraSugar ready to use.
