Right of withdrawal

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, as per the legislation of Legislative Decree 206/2005, by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason., within 14 days from the day of delivery of the purchased good (Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The shipping costs incurred for the return to Karma srl ​​are entirely borne by the consumer.

* For non-EU countries, customs and/or import fees must be paid separately to the courier. These fees are not calculated in the order total but will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. Therefore, any additional customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE WITHDRAWAL / REFUND

1. Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal using the specific online function available on this page, pursuant to the Articles 54 and 54-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Once the request has been submitted, the consumer will receive a confirmation of receipt via email containing the date and time of the request. Alternatively, the consumer can send an explicit declaration of withdrawal to the email address info@decora.it or to the certified email administration@decora.telecompec.it.
2. Please wait for a response from Karma srl ​​and arrange, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally contained within 14 days of the day you communicated your wish to withdraw.
3. Insure the shipment against theft and damage during transport and cover the related costs. If the returned product is not insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transport, Karma srl ​​reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by withholding it from the refund amount.

5. The items must be returned in the same conditions of receipt or provided with the original packaging and provided with any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the original package and packaging.
6. Pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, Karma srl ​​will process the refund within 14 days of the day on which the consumer communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods or until they have been received by Karma srl, whichever occurs first.
7. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this refund.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• lack of original packaging
• absence of integral elements of the product
• damage to the product for reasons other than transport
• sealed products opened by the consumer

The customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. (art 57 dlgs 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal is excluded as defined by art.59 Legislative Decree 206/2005
