Shipping Policies
Shipments to Italy, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City:
- For goods orders (net of discounts) up to € 88,99, shipping costs € 5,90
- For goods orders (net of discounts) over € 89,00, free shipping
For all other countries, delivery costs vary according to the destination and are to be paid by the Customer as adequately highlighted during the Order issue phase. CALCULATE THE DELIVERY COSTS
*For non-EU countries, customs and/or import fees must be paid separately to the courier. These fees are not calculated in the order total but will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. Therefore, any additional customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The cost does not vary based on the weight or volume of the goods. The goods are shipped to the customer in suitable packaging.
Order fulfillment is expected in 24/48 hours After payment verification. If payment is made by advance bank transfer, the order will be processed only after our bank confirms receipt of the transfer.
SHIPPING CONSULTATION
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to be able to monitor delivery directly on the courier's website.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the order, we invite you to check:
- that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to that delivered;
- that the package is intact and undamaged; any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery and reported by e-mail to info@decora.it.
