Cuoci in forno statico 25 minuti a 180°. Lascia raffreddare i cupcake e nel frattempo prepara la crema frosting al cioccolato. In un pentolino scalda la panna senza farla bollire, toglila dal fuoco ed aggiungi il burro. Trita grossolanamente il cioccolato ed uniscilo alla panna. Mescola fino a formare una crema al cioccolato liscia. Lascia raffreddare poi monta il composto con le fruste elettriche. Trasferisci il frosting in una sac à poche con il cornetto a stella e forma un riccio sul cupcake. In ultimo aggiungi le decorazioni di zucchero animali del bosco.
