Copri l’impasto con un canovaccio e lascia riposare per circa 2 ore. Setaccia sul lievito fermentato 120 g di farina, quindi unisci metà zucchero, metà burro e poco latte tiepido. Amalgama bene l’impasto e lascia lievitare proteggendolo con la pellicola per circa 2 ore. Aggiungi all’impasto lievitato la farina ed il burro restanti. Procedi unendo anche i tuorli, la vanillina e lo zucchero. Inizia ad impastare aggiungendo il latte e l’aroma e, alla fine della lavorazione, un pizzico di sale. Lavora energicamente l’impasto con le mani incorporando a mano a mano i canditi e l’uvetta. Lavora a lungo la pasta fino a renderla omogenea e morbida (dovrà staccarsi bene dalle pareti della ciotola). Durante questa lavorazione è importante non aggiungere farina. Trasferisci l’impasto nello stampo, coprilo con un canovaccio e lascia lievitare per altre 2 ore. Trascorso tale tempo incidi la superficie dell’impasto con un taglio a croce, quindi cuoci in forno a 170° C per circa 55/60 minuti. Sforna, inserisci lo Spillone nel panettone e lascialo raffreddare capovolto. Unisci l’acqua allo Zucchero Fondente, mescola bene e colalo sul panettone.
