Aggiungete lo zucchero a velo, l’uovo, il tuorlo e un pizzico di sale. Impastate velocemente con le mani fino ad ottenere un panetto morbido e liscio. Lasciate riposare l’impasto in frigorifero coperto da pellicola trasparente almeno un’ora.
- Nel frattempo, preparate la crema. Tagliate la zucca ben pulita a pezzetti. Disponetela su una placca da forno rivestita da carta forno. Coprite la zucca con l’alluminio e cuocete in forno a 180° C per circa 20 minuti.
- Quando la zucca sarà morbida toglietela dal forno e lasciatela leggermente raffreddare. Schiacciate la zucca con una forchetta o uno schiacciapatate fino ad ottenere una purea liscia. In una ciotola unite lo zucchero di canna con le uova. Lavoratele con una frusta a mano poi aggiungete un cucchiaio di miele e le spezie.
- Successivamente, mescolate gli ingredienti poi unite anche la purea di zucca al composto. In un’altra ciotola montate con una frusta elettrica la panna fredda. La panna dovrà raggiungere una consistenza spumosa ma non dovrà essere montata a neve ferma. Con una spatola unite la panna al composto di zucca. Mescolate delicatamente per amalgamare gli ingredienti.

- Versate la crema di zucca nello stampo e livellate bene con una piccola spatola. Cuocete la torta in forno a 160° C per circa 60 minuti. Lasciatela raffreddare infine aggiungete in superficie le decorazioni di zucchero a tema autunnale.
