Aggiungi 750 g di cioccolato bianco e mescola con una frusta fino a far sciogliere tutto il cioccolato. Lascia raffreddare in frigo per una notte. Prepara l’impasto; monta il tuorlo ed aggiungi le uova e lo zucchero mescolando bene. Sciogli a parte il cioccolato con il burro ed aggiungilo al composto mescolando delicatamente con la spatola. Aggiungi infine le farine. Inforna a 175° per circa 1 ora. Sforna e lascia raffreddare. Monta la ganache con la planetaria e suddividi la crema in 3 ciotoline. Lascia da parte un po’ di crema che ti servirà per la decorazione finale. Versa nella prima ciotola qualche goccia di colorante glicine e di aroma alla violetta e mescola delicatamente; ripeti la stessa operazione versando nella seconda ciotola il colorante fucsia con l’aroma lampone e nella terza il colorante rosa con l’aroma alla rosa. Ritaglia la torta in 3 strati.
