Monta le uova con lo Zucchero,  aggiungi la Pasta Concentrata, il sale, ed infine la farina setacciata con il Cremor Tartaro ed il bicarbonato. Versa l’impasto nello stampo da ø 25×10 h cm, ed inforna a 170°C per circa 40 minuti. Procedi con il pan di spagna al cioccolato: Monta il burro con lo Zucchero Extrafino, fino ad ottenere un composto morbido e spumoso. Aggiungi i tuorli e a poco a poco il Cioccolato; mescola bene ed aggiungi la farina, setacciata con il lievito ed il Cremor Tartaro. Monta a parte i bianchi con lo zucchero ed aggiungili delicatamente al composto insieme all’Aroma. Versa l’impasto in 2 stampi da ø 20 e 15×10 h cm, ed inforna a 160°C per circa 1 ora. Monta la torta alternando il colore degli impasti e farcisci con la panna montata. Ricopri le torte con la Pasta di Zucchero ed effettua dei tagli trasversali con il Coltello Multiuso.
