Fragrant, beautiful and tasty, these heart-shaped cookies are a great way to pamper the one you love.
Cut the butter into small cubes and work it quickly together with the flour until you will obtain a sandy consistency. Add the powdered sugar and few drops of vanilla flavoring at taste. Add the egg and work all the ingredients until you will obtain a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough in a plastic film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. With the heart-shaped cutter, make a lot of shapes.
Place them on a baking cookie pan covered with a sheet of parchment paper and bake them in a static oven at 160° C for about 12 minutes.
Use some colored sugar paste for the decoration. For making some decorative small flowers use out decorating tools.
