with Almonds and Cinnamon Powder

Step 1

To prepare the almond milk, soak the almonds in cold water for at least 8/12 hours. Leave it to rest in the refrigerator. After the necessary time, drain the almonds and place them in the blender glass. Add 1 liter of mineral water and whisk at maximum power for 1-2 minutes. Filter the mixture with a cloth, squeeze vigorously to release all the liquid contained in the fibers of the chopped almonds. Pour the almond milk into a glass bottle and refrigerate until use. In place of the almond milk made in case you can use a ready-made milk pack.

Step 2

Put 1 liter of almond milk in a saucepan. Add sugar, mix and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch in a bowl with a ladle of warm almond milk. Then add the mixture in the pot. Stir with a whisk or an immersion blender for a few moments. The mixture will thicken almost instantly. Pour the blancmange inside the molds. Let it cool completely before placing in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.

Step 4

After about 2-3 hours the biancomangiare can be served with a generous amount of honey and sliced ​​almonds.
