Step 1

Quickly work the butter at room temperature with the sugar. Add the egg, a few drops of Aroma, the salt and finally the sifted flours. Mix everything well. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut out the shapes with the cutter and bake at 175 ° C for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
