Step 1
- In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and pisto. Add the sugar, a pinch of salt and mix the ingredients. Divide the yolks from the whites. Pour the oil, lightly beaten egg yolks and orange juice into the center of the flour mixture.
- With a whisk, mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Take back the egg whites that you have kept aside. Add the cream of tartar and whisk them until stiff with an electric whisk.
- Incorporate the whipped egg whites into the mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom with a spatula. Spray the pan with the release agent or, if you prefer, butter and flour it.
- Finally, pour the mixture and bake at 160 ° C for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

- Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. Finish with a dusting of moisture resistant icing sugar.
