Fun chocolate balls to celebrate sweetly!

Step 1

Beat the eggs with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. Add the melted chocolate with butter to this mixture. Finally, gently incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder, always mixing from bottom to top. With the help of a pastry bag, fill the base mold (the one without a hole) with the mixture obtained and close with the other part of the mold. Place in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Prepare the filling by mixing together the White Chocolate Spreadable Cream and the Concentrated Strawberry Paste Preparation. Take out your cake pops and always using a pastry bag fill them with the filling obtained.

Step 2

Close the cake pops mold, insert the sticks in parchment paper and place in the freezer for about 4/5 hours, until the sweets thicken completely.

Step 3

Gently turn the cake pops out and after melting the dark chocolate, dip them making sure to stick the stick well with the chocolate. Decora with red glitter sugar or with candy canes.

Step 4

Have fun at decorare and serve these delicious treats.
