Step 1

Whip the butter with the Extrafine Sugar until you get a soft and frothy mixture. Add the yolks and gradually the chocolate dissolved in hot milk; mix well and add the sifted flour, baking powder and Cremor Tartar. Whip the whites separately with the sugar and add them gently to the mixture together with the aroma. Pour the mixture into the Diamond Donut Mold, previously oiled with the Staccante Spray and bake at 160 ° C for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Prepare the butter cream, whipping the butter in the mixer at medium speed, until you get a creamy consistency. Gradually add water. Once incorporated, add the sugar one tablespoon at a time and continue stirring. Flavor and color to taste. Decora the donut with a bouquet of flowers made with 3D Croissants and sprinkle with icing sugar.
