orange and cinnamon

Step 1

First of all prepare the shortcrust pastry: work the sugar and butter well until you get a cream. Add the flour, eggs, vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, the aroma and the yeast. Knead well and quickly until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (You can double the doses if you wish to do more). Roll out the shortcrust pastry with a rolling pin and place it in the tart mold cm ⌀ 22-24 (previously buttered and floured), leaving aside a piece of shortcrust pastry for the decorafinal sections. Stuff with orange jam and lightly sprinkle with more cinnamon. With the Pasta Cutter Grid and the pasta set aside makes the strips decorative. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
