With dark chocolate ganache

Step 1

Mix the butter at room temperature and the sugar together until you get a soft and fluffy cream. Add the eggs at room temperature one at a time and continue to work with the help of the electric whisk. Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa to the cream. Mix all the ingredients. Gradually pour the milk, also at room temperature, into the dough and a few drops of vanilla flavoring.

Fill the cups and add the chocolate chips to the surface. Bake in a static oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.

Prepare the ganache, heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and melt it completely. Also add the dark chocolate and stir until it is completed and mixed together with the other ingredients. Then let it cool with an electric mixer whisk the ganache until it becomes creamy.
