#Strawberriesstuffed
with white chocolate ganache

Step 1

To make the ganache, boil the fresh cream and pour it into a bowl. Add the chocolate in small disks and mix with a whisk until all the chocolate has melted. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture and leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight. Once the rest time has elapsed, whip the ganache with the whips to obtain the right consistency. Wash the strawberries in fresh water and dry them gently. Cut the base of the strawberries slightly so that you can place them on the top.
Cut each strawberry to the height of the stalk. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and use the 1M croissant to achieve frosting. Place the strawberry cap on top of the filling and serve a delicious dessert to your guests.
