Step 1

Melt the white chocolate discs in a bain-marie and allow to cool. Collect the flour, sugar, egg yolk, butter into small pieces, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl, and start kneading with fingertips, until you get crumbs. Pour in the melted chocolate and compact everything. Chop the milk chocolate discs with a knife and add them to the mixture. Shape a dough, wrap it in a sheet of cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. After the time has elapsed, roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut many discs with the pastry cutter. 3 Arrange the discs on the oven tray, lined with parchment paper; put in the oven at 180 ° C and cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, take out of the oven and let cool. 4 Roll out the colored sugar paste with a rolling pin. With the pastry cutter, cut as many discs as there are cookies. Brush the biscuits with a little honey and "stick" a disk of dough on each biscuit. Complete with decorations for Halloween, still using honey as a glue, and serve.
