Step 1

Make the biscuits following your favorite recipe. Spatula the tempered chocolate on an Acetate Sheet using the Angular Spatula.

Step 2

With colored chocolate to taste, make thin strips of color, one next to the other.

Step 3

With a Modeling Stick, it creates horizontal lines to obtain a wave effect. Let the chocolate dry.

Step 4

When it is crystallized, cut out small forms with the Pasquali Tagliapasta.

Step 5

Decora cookies by applying the chocolate plates.
