Extra large and super soft sweets

Step 1

  • In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl work the melted butter and sugar with the electric whisk for a few minutes. Add the eggs, previously beaten, one at a time, continuing to work the ingredients with the electric whisk.
  • Pour in the oil, milk, vanilla extract and yogurt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture. Next, work the dough with a hand whisk to mix the ingredients. Then, add the raspberries, after having floured them, and a part of the chopped pistachios. Pour the dough into the cups, filling them to ¾.
  • Add the brown sugar and the remaining part of chopped pistachios to the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for the first 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170 ° C and continue cooking for another 25 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
