Step 1

Melt the chocolate and let it cool. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the chocolate and the melted butter. Chop the almonds and add them to the dough. Beat the whites until stiff and add them gently to the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Place the desired stencil on the plate and on the cupcake and sprinkle with dark or icing sugar. Complete the decoration with almonds.
