Step 1

Put the yeast, the warm milk, the salt, the sugar, the eggs, the flour in the Planetary bowl and knead using the hook for about 10 minutes. Add the soft butter into chunks and continue to knead until everything is well blended.

Step 2

Leave the dough to rise until the volume has doubled.

Step 3

Take a part and re-knead it for a few minutes, after which you get two balls and put them in the stiff Baking Cup, brush them with the beaten egg and decorathem with red glitter sugar. Leave to rise again for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Bake at 180 ° C for 10/15 minutes.

Step 5

With the advanced dough you can make a classic Easter brioche. Knead the dough for a few minutes and get "pizzette" and strips of pasta. Place an egg in the center of the "pizzetta" and form a cross on it using the strips of pasta.

Step 6

Leave to rise on a non-stick surface (e.g. silicone mat) for about 30 minutes, brush them with beaten egg and cover them with sugar.

Step 7

Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes and serve on the table.
